For this brand new season of FIFA 21 Global Series eSports , 3 new countries have been made eligible to participate, India, Bolivia, and Costa Rica. EA will be looking to spice up their tournament with some new faces, as the 3 new countries begin preparations for the upcoming tournament. As a part of this new addition, the name of the region “The Middle East and Africa” has been changed to “West Asia and South Africa”. The new countries will slot in there while some other countries will be moved around to different regions. Out of the 3 new countries, there is one specific nation appearing most promising, India .

For any of those that don’t know, the FIFA Global Series eSports is the official tournament hosted by the creators of FIFA themselves. Countries all around the world compete for the title in rounds of FIFA games. Since this is an official tournament, there is a large cash prize waiting for the champion. Everyone has the ability to compete in this tournament, your journey will start through the Weekend League, you will need to put in full effort in order to earn Global Series points which will contribute to your ranking in your league. We’re very excited to welcome Bolivia, Costa Rica, and India to the EA SPORTS FIFA 21 Global Series! With the addition of India, we’re changing the name of the Middle East & Africa region to West Asia & South Africa, which India will join, and moving a few of the countries that have traditionally played in that region elsewhere.

As said previously, India is seen as a promising competitor for this year’s Global Series. They had a chance of being entered last year, however, they were dismissed, which lead to some outrage amongst fans. However, this season seems them eligible to participate and gamers based in India will be looking to start their training.
India has already established themselves in the competitive gaming scene, they are best known for their huge eSports presence in mobile games, including PUBG . They will now be looking to participate in a larger variety of platforms and games, including FIFA. Especially now, with the introduction of lockdown rules relating to a Global Pandemic, many people in the country of India will find themselves at home. What better time to start working hard than now?
The effect of more countries is of course more competition. On top of that, the new countries being added will add a strong competitive spice to the tournament, so you should expect to see a much more intense tournament this season. To add to that, you will find that there may be an increase in skill level. Lockdown has hit many countries and many gamers have been forced to spend more time at home. This could only mean that people have been enabled to spend more time gaming over the past few months. This year, we will see more experienced players and the bar of quality will be set high.
The FIFA eWorld Cup is a huge tournament in which national teams compete for the ultimate title. Depending on your ranking in the Global Series leagues, you may get a chance to represent your team in the eWorld Cup. Try to get to the top of your regional league in the FIFA 21 Global Series eSports as this will give you automatic access to the eWorld Cup.
If FIFA players from India, Bolivia, and Costa Rica can succeed in their regional FIFA 21 Global Series eSports, they will be granted access to the FEWC. Usually one of the most popular game launches of the year, FIFA 21 has seemingly dropped its physical sales by more than 42% than last year’s release. This is based solely on the game’s physical sales, digital sales will be announced later in the week. However, even after this drop in sales, FIFA 21 still sustains its title of the biggest opening weekend of the 2021 games (so far). It is quite early to make a conclusion, but there are still a few clear reasons as to why the game’s physical sales have dropped. Let’s take a closer look at the details of the reasons for the drop in FIFA 21 physical sales.
The console gaming community is slowly nearing the release of the next generation of gaming consoles. This will see new consoles from both PS and Xbox . Obviously, the game disks from PS4 will not be compatible with game disks on PS5, this is also the same situation with the new Xbox console. This means that any people looking to upgrade to the next level on their console will find that a physical copy of FIFA 21 is practically useless. Purchasing a digital copy is of course the better option for these people.
Statistics show that the popularity of physical games are gradually descending, while digital sales are rising. Many people will be looking to shift to digital downloads as the benefits of these games can be more appealing to players. With FIFA 21, it has been revealed that the physical sales have dropped, it is not yet known if the digital sales have changed from last year. However, it is likely that the digital sales are still quite high if not higher than that of FIFa 20’s opening weekend.
The final reason is something that has been talked about for many years. Each year, a large part of the FIFA community talk about dropping their commitment to FIFA, while some actually do, others do not. Somehow, EA has players coming back to the game every year. However, could this be the year where a lot of players actually avoid FIFA?
The physical sales have dropped greatly from last year, could this be a symbol of FIFA’s descend on the popularity scale. This will be revealed later this week when FIFA 21’s digital sales are revealed. Then, we will found out if the overall sales have actually dropped or if it is just the physical sales seeing a decline.

Icons have been one of the most prime attractions of FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) since they were added in the game back in FIFA 14. The icons are some of the best players who have ever played the beautiful game. Icons provide free chemistry to every player in the game which further helps you to build hybrid teams. Like the previous two years, there will be 4 versions of every icon (Viz base, middle, prime and prime icon moments) released at a certain point of the game cycle. With every new FIFA title, EA Sports introduce new icon cards in the game. In FIFA 21, for the first time ever, there will be 100 icons for you to play with. EA have added 11 new icon cards for their upcoming new FIFA title. In this article, we will discuss some potential key features (strengths and weaknesses) of FUT 21 New Icons.

During his time, Vidic was a brick wall in Manchester United ‘s defense and was considered to be one of the bests of his time. The Manchester United and Inter legend was included in the Team of the Year once. According to us, his possible ratings and attributes are:
Suggestions: You can not hold the ball for too long with him. Win the tackle and pass the ball should be your main play with him. Use Shadow Chemistry style to boost his pace by a large margin.
Davor Suker was one of the finest strikers of his generation. The Croatian and Madrid legend made his mark for both club and country. Suker is a returning icon in FIFA 21. He had icon cards both 88 rated in FIFA 14 and FIFA 17.
Suggestions: In FIFA 21 headers are more effective and attacking AI is said to be refined for every player in the game which will make Suker more of a goal scorer. Use Stay Central and Get in Behind tactics. Either Engine or Hunter Chemistry styles will be more effective on Suker.
Schweinsteiger is one of the best box to box/holding midfielders of all times and achieved many prizes and trophies throughout his career. With Matthaus and Ballack already in the game, Bastian will be the third German and Bayern midfielder to appear in FUT as an icon. He has had a 76 rated CB card in FIFA 20 and will have icon cards in the upcoming FIFA title.
Suggestions: Use Stay back while attacking tactics and use either Shadow or Engine Chemistry styles depending on your requirement.
‘El niño’ Fernando Torres will receive his icon cards in FIFA 21. This Spanish and Liverpool legend has always been a goal-scoring machine for both club and country. This World Cup winner had decent cards in FUT throughout his career.
Suggestions: Use Stay Central and Get in Behind tactics on him. Use Engine Chemistry style to boost his pace and dribbling.
Lahm is arguably the best fullback to have ever played for both Germany and Bayern Munich . He was quite fast, agile and strong which made him one of the finest of all time. Philipp Lahm’s icon card was requested by the community for a long time and now we will be getting it in FIFA 21. This icon has the potential to be one of the best end game fullbacks of FUT 21.
Suggestion: As said earlier Lahm’s icon cards will be brilliant in our opinion. Use Anchor Chemistry style to improve his pace and physical or use Shadow chemistry style to improve his pace and defending drastically.
Eto’o might prove to be one of the best strikers in FIFA 21. The Cameroonian played for Clubs like Barcelona, Inter, Chelsea and many more and was a top tier striker at his time. Eto’o is one of the most hyped icons in the upcoming FIFA title.
Suggestions: Use Stay Centra l tactics and Hunter Chemistry style to boost his pace and shooting.
Cech has always been a brilliant goalkeeper for both Chelsea and the Czech Republic. The FIFA community has a huge favoritism for Yashin’ s prime icon card because of his hat. Now we will also have Petr Cech with a head cap on.
Suggestions: Don’t use any chemistry style on goalkeepers.
Cole will be the third Chelsea legend to join the icon club in FIFA 21 alongside Torres and Cech . With the lack of icon Left Backs in the current game, Cole will be a brilliant addition to FUT. This also means that the price of Ashley Cole could be high.
Suggestions: Use either Anchor or Shadow Chemistry style depending upon your requirements.
‘ The King ‘ is here. Eric Cantona will receive his icon cards in FIFA 21 and is featured in most of the reveal trailers from EA SPORTS FIFA. This means that Eric Cantona might have a very high rated base icon card which in turn make his other versions higher rated.
Suggestions: Use Engine Chemistry style for CAM and Sniper / Marksman Chemistry style for ST usages.
The Hungarian legend Puskás is regarded as one of the greatest players of all time. He has a whole award by the name of ‘ Puskás Award ‘ given to the player for scoring the best goal in a calendar year. The Real Madrid legend bagged tons of goals throughout his career and will be having icon cards in FIFA 21.
Suggestions: Use Hawk Chemistry style for extra pace, shooting and physical stats.
With all of the familiar names of football reappearing as icon cards in FIFA, we would obviously love to see some more legends of the beautiful game in the upcoming FIFA titles. Players like Iker Casillas, Danielle De Rossi, Francesco Totti, Cafu are some fan favorites and we will love to see them in the game.

eFootball PES 2020 publishers Konami today announced the next PES title they are working on, and that is going to launch in the middle of next year. However, the name of the next PES title is yet to be confirmed. In this article, we are going to take a look at the details of Konami’s new PES title announcement, and how PES players over the globe are reacting to this announcement.
Konami announced on their official website that they think it is finally time to improve the standard of their most successful franchise PES, and the devs are working on a next-gen PES title. The new PES title is being developed with an updated engine that will ‘dazzle’ the players with improvements to all aspects of the game. More realistic player models & animations, enhanced physics, photorealistic visuals and much more is in store for PES fans all over the world, according to Konami. This will bring more joy for console players the game focuses on improved myClub and Master League content.
We are excited to announce that we are hard at work on a next-generation football title that aims to truly embody our core concept of “The Pitch is Ours”.

Konami announced that they are aiming to begin the beta testing for the new PES title sometime around mid-2021 , so that’s almost a year later. The game is also planned for a release later that year .
However, the name of the next-gen PES title is yet to be confirmed, but if it follows the traditions like past PES titles, it should be named something like ‘eFootball PES 2022’ , as it releases in 2021.
As the devs are focused completely towards the next PES title scheduled to launch next year, Konami had to cut short their plans for this year’s PES update. This year’s PES 2021 update will arrive in the form of a “ season update “, which will be similar to the various datapack updates released over the year. However, Konami also said they are bringing enough content in this year’s PES to keep fans devoted to the game until the next PES title launches.
Also, Konami announced that this year’s PES will launch at an affordable anniversary price as this marks the 25th anniversary since the game first launched. The game will also include several bonuses. Previously, Konami announced PES Veteran Bonus for PES 2020 players who upgrade to the next PES after this year’s season update.
Konami left us teasing a snippet from the next PES title, showcasing Barca’s PES ambassador Leo Messi stepping on the Camp Nou showing off the new jersey which just launched yesterday.

Konami today announced that eFootball PES 2020 players will get a ‘ PES Veteran Bonus ‘ at the start of the next PES season, as a ‘welcome reward’ for their participation in the MyClub mode of the current PES version. This can be seen as a good move by Konami to retain the current PES players, as well as attracting more newcomers from the next season of PES.
You are eligible to get the PES ‘Veteran Bonus’ in PES 2021 if you are an eFootball PES 2020/ PES 2020 Lite player and buy the next version of PES as well, which will launch in a few months time. The rewards you get are probably going to be ‘Special Agents’ as hinted by Konami, but whether they will be Legend cards or normal cards are yet to be announced. However, the bonus is only applicable for console players for now.
Whenever we hear of any rewards, the first thing that comes to our mind is that on what basis those rewards are going to be awarded. Well, for PES Veteran Bonus, Konami will take a look at two factors which will decide your fate regarding which rewards you get. The two factors as announced by Konami are:
There has been a huge luck factor in PES from the start, particularly for the players you get from different packs. The number of events that involved grinding has been pretty rare. Well, it seems like the PES Veteran Bonus will also encounter your pack luck. Irony, isn’t it? You will receive Special Agents depending on the number of Legends & Iconic Moments players you own in myClub mode in PES 2020. Luck strikes yet again!
Now, this is a factor which doesn’t involve luck simply because it says ‘ Matches Played ‘ instead of ‘Matches won’. Because with all the laggy gameplay and scripting involved, winning online matches in PES often depends on luck. You will receive Special Agents depending on the total number of matches you played in PES 2020’s Matchday mode. It will counter all different Matchdays that were available in-game throughout the year.
