Overview

Barcelona will visit Abanca Balaidos to play against Celta Vigo on Saturday at 3 pm (GMT). Here is the exclusive Celta Vigo vs Barcelona Match Preview.

Barcelona is currently in the second position of the table after Madrid’s 2-0 victory over Mallorca. They need to win this match to keep the title race alive. Though they were unbeaten in their last 5 games, Setien’s tactics have been under scrutiny. Barca has found it hard to break the opponent’s defense. They will look forward to pulling off a dominating performance against Celta. But, Barcelona’s away performance have not been satisfactory this season. The team has managed to win 6 out of the last 15 games. They would like to improve on it. But it will not be easy.

Though the home side is not living up to their expectations, games have always been tricky at their ground. They have lost only 5 of their 15 home games this season. They are also unbeaten in their last 3 games and won 2 of them. They have thrashed Alaves 6-0 and pulled off a 1-0 win against Sociedad which will give them confidence. They will hope to give a fight but Barca should be able to get three points
