We have almost reached two-third of the Premier League season and the table has started to take shape, Fantasy Premier League managers will now be thinking of re-building their initial Fantasy Squads ahead of FPL Gameweek 25. The roster of players to choose from is huge, but with the 100 million budget, you will need to make your choices carefully. Amongst the roster, there are some individuals that have proved their capabilities in the previous seasons with stellar performances. This is a list of those players, it is a good idea to have a few of these as your marquee signings as your FPL players in your 2020-21 squads ahead of the FPL Gameweek 25.
We are here with the Watchlist series ahead of Gameweek 25 to identify some of the players that caught the eye over the last few gameweeks. Here are some of the players in our FPL Gameweek 25 Watchlist who are possible options to transfer into the Fantasy team over the coming game weeks.
H. Kane [ Forward ] 11.0 Million
The spurs were restricted to just seven shots against man city but Harry Kane struck the post with a well-taken free kick in the opening minutes. The England captain has amassed four goals and one assist across his last six premier league matches averaging 7.3 points per 90 minutes. He remains the top-scoring FPL forward this season while only Bamford has taken more shots. We’re still awaiting official confirmation of the double gameweek 26 fixtures but spurs are one of the teams that are very likely to be involved they’re already scheduled to host Burnley that week and could also face either Southampton at home or Fulham away. Mourinho side has managed just six goals in their last six matches but has faced man city, Chelsea, and Liverpool, in that time they’ve scored 21 goals in 12 matches this season against teams that currently sit in the bottom half of the table.
D. Ings [ Forward ] 8.4 Million
Danny Ings opened the scoring against wolves with a delightful volley ending a run of four matches without a goal. The Englishman has had three big chances in the last five game weeks while only Bamford Calvert-Lewin and Watkins have landed more than his five shots on target. Southampton has a double game at 25 taking on Chelsea at home and Leeds away. They also have outstanding fixtures against spurs and man city that could be rescheduled within gameweeks 26-28 but their form in the premier league is a concern they’ve suffered six straight defeats since the one-nil win over Liverpool in game 17. No side has scored fewer goals than their four over their respective last six matches but only six teams have fashioned more big chances than their 11. Chelsea has the third-best defensive record in that time but Leeds ranked joint 13th with a tally of nine goals conceded.
Raphinha [ Midfielder ] 5.3 Million
Raphinha remains the number one transfer target ahead of double gameweek 25 after producing an attack in return for a fifth consecutive match. The Brazilian took three shots and attempted three assists in the 4-2 defeat to Arsenal. Its total of 38 points in the last five game weeks is level with Bruno Fernandez only Gundogan has earned more amongst midfielders. A tally of seven shots on target for the lead winger at rack’s joint top alongside Fernandez and salah while the only Mane, Pepe, and salah can better his 9 shots in the box no teammate can better his nine attempted assists while only Dallas has completed more final third passes. Leeds has netted 10 goals in the last five game weeks only Manchester United and Man City have scored more. Wolves have the fourth-best defensive record in that time but Southampton ranked bottom with a tally of 18 goals conceded.
O. Kabak [ Defender ] 5.0 Milloin
With the absence of Van Dijk, Gomez, and Matip due to injury Klopp will rely on Kabak. He has started the match alongside Henderson as a central defender in gameweek 24 and as well as the Champions League. The upcoming fixture of Liverpool shows fairly easy for the rest of the season and this run includes Shef. Utd, Fulham, Burnley, New Castle, and West Borm. Therefore, it’s a good chance for Kabak to prove himself and prove some handsome amount of points to FPL managers.
