Virgil van Dijk
One of the best Center backs in World, Virgil Van Dijk was born on 8th July in 1991. He started his professional career with Groningen. Then in 2013, he moved to Celtic & won Scottish Premiership. He joined Southampton from Celtic. Then in January 2018, he joined Liverpool . He reached back to back UCL finals in 2018 & 2019. Also won the UCL in 2019. He was named PFA Player of the year. This season Liverpool won the EPL where he played a vital role.
Son Heung-Min
The Icon of South Korean culture, Son Heung – Min was born on 8th July 1992. He joined Hamburger SV at the age of 16 and debuted in Bundesliga in 2010. Due to his good performance, he moved to Bayer Leverkusen in 2013. After two years, Mauricio Pochettino signed him for Tottenham for £22 million, becoming the most expensive Asian player in history. He reached the UEFA Champions League final in 2018-19 where Tottenham lost against Liverpool. Son became the top Asian goalscorer in both Premier League and Champions League history.
Robbie Keane
Tottenham Hotspur legend, Robbie Keane was born on 8th July, 1980. At the age of 17, he began his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers. The following season he was the club’s leading goal scorer and scored his first international goal for the Republic of Ireland. He was the captain of Ireland for 10 long years. Keane scored 68 goals for the Republic of Ireland, making him an all-time record Irish scorer. In 2007-08 with Tottenham he won the League cup. He won the Nations Cup with Ireland in 2011. He was nominated Celtic Player of the year in 2010. He also had a short stint with the Indian Super League club Atletico de Kolkata from 2017-18.
Kevin Trapp
The German professional goalkeeper was born on 8th July 1990. In 2012 he signed for Eintracht Frankfurt and played for them almost three years. In 2015, he joined Paris Saint Germain . He won several domestic trophies with PSG. Trapp made his international debut against Denmark in 2017. He was selected for the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup in Russia. In 2018-19 he was nominated for the Europa League team of the season.
